All
hard disk, ram, chips and motherboard must be tested before
leaving the Superstore. Note that there is only one week warranty
on these products provided there is no physical damage on
the item.
RETURNS
PROCEDURE
If
the product you receive does not work properly, please use
the following procedure which has bee designed to minimize
delays.
1.
Phone technical support on 2621045, 5842900, (090)406888,
09-523359 quoting your invoice number. Our technical staff
will be able to decide whether the problem relates to the
products or the installation. Most technical problems are
due to improper installation procedure and we always willing
to advice any customer on the right installation procedure.
2.
In the likely event faulty product the technician will run
a test on the product and refer you back to Sales. Please
return the goods in the original packing with a copy of your
invoice. Also fill form at the reception giving full details
of the fault.
3.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays from
our suppliers in a repair or replacement is necessary.
REFUNDS
AND CREDIT
Carriage charges are not refundable.
Stock
items are not refundable for credit or refund in cash.
Stock
items can be returned within seven days for a full credit
against future purchase.
